Boone Elementary: A Strong Foundation for Lifelong Learning
Boone Elementary serves students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 5th grade, providing a well-rounded education that prepares them for future success. We take great pride in our excellent Dual Immersion Program, which allows students to become bilingual, biliterate, and culturally aware, giving them an academic advantage in an increasingly global world.
At Boone, all students receive a strong academic foundation, with a focus on literacy and mathematics. Our dedicated teachers engage in ongoing professional development to ensure they are equipped with the best instructional practices to support student learning.
We are proud to have an ethnically diverse student population that reflects our vibrant neighborhood community. Boone provides a welcoming and inclusive environment where every student is valued and supported.
Our newly remodeled campus enhances the learning experience, offering modernized classrooms and facilities. In addition to core academics, we provide enriching programs such as Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA) through our Media Arts program and Music instruction for 4th and 5th graders. These programs help foster creativity and self-expression among our students.
Boone Elementary also benefits from an active and engaged PTA, which organizes exciting events throughout the year, including the Scholastic Book Fair, school dances, and family movie nights. These events bring our school community together and create lasting memories for our students and families.
